Where is the site?
The site is situated off Back Lane in Chalfont St. Giles not far from the White Hart Pub.

How do I get a plot?
Send an enquiry through the "Contact Us" page with your details.
Is there water available on site?
Yes, we have water taps positioned all around the site.
Are any structures allowed on site?
Yes, we allow either...
- A small shed 6ft x 4ft, a polytunnel 6m long x 3m wide x 2m high, and a small greenhouse 6ft x 4ft
- A polytunnel 6m long x 3m wide x 2m high with a small shed 6ft x 4ft
All structures have to be approved and reviewed during and after construction.
How much does it cost to rent a plot?
The annual rent for a plot is £25. This includes association membership.
There is also a one-time deposit of £12 to cover the gate key.
How to get a copy of the BLAA tenancy agreement?
Contact UsA Tenancy Agreement is issued once a plot has been selected and agreed upon.

How to get a copy of the Association Rules?

Can I keep chickens?
Six chickens or six ducks are permitted (No Cockerels or Racing Pigeons), subject to tenancy and association approval.
Can I have a bonfire?
Bonfire DatesBonfires are allowed on our plots for burning allotment matter only. Please see our "Bonfire Dates" page for approved dates.
Is there electricity on site?
No power is available on site.
How large is a plot?
A plot is approximately 5 poles long and 1 pole wide (25 metres x 5 metres).
Is there parking on site?
We have small car parks around the site.
What discounts are provided to allotment holders?

How many vacant plots are available?
All plots are currently occupied.
How many people are on the waiting list?
As of March 1st 2024, 24 people are on the waiting list.
What repairs and general maintenance is being undertaken?
The main field is in the progress of being levelled, car parking availability is under review, noticeboards will be replaced and taps are being repaired/replaced and added.
